PortAdd is a strategy that handles the adding of a <q ref="core.gml:DataPort">DataPort</q> to a <q ref="core.gml:Unit">Unit</q>. It results in adding a matching <q ref="core.gml:Plug">Plug</q> to all the Usages of this unit. (See <q ref="core.gml:ComponentUsage">ComponentUsage</q>).
