SAP's aim is to provide you with a fast and efficient upgrade procedure. In order to evaluate upgrade runtime and problems that have occured during the upgrade, SAP needs information generated by R3up as well as information on your experience with the SAP upgrade.
Therefore, we have designed an Upgrade Evaluation Form, which contains a simple questionnaire on your experiences with the upgrade as well as an upgrade log file generated by SAPJup. Sending this information to SAP will help us to evaluate your upgrade as well as generally improve the SAP System upgrade.
