The option -n for xmservd is to enable xmservd execute in
multihomed environment and should be used only when xmpeek
fails with the error message
"Exiting because of error 280 contacting host"

filtd auto restart

The option -r for filtd will automatically restart filtd when
it exits with the following log message
    "Server seems to have died;  I'll die too".

filtd will be restarted only after a minute.
