The Toolbar

The Toolbar provides access to the basic and most significant commands of your Application, for example open, save, cut, copy, paste. The icons, or at the latest, the tooltips provided for each command in the Toolbar should give enough information to make them self explaining.

With most look and feels, you can drag out the Toolbar in a separate window into a screen position that's convenient for you.
