The Navigator

The Navigator implements the main concept of a navigator control for the views on your documents. This control gives you an overview of the associated view and helps you to navigate through huge documents. It displays a minimized version of your document view.

The current viewport is marked with a slighlty transparent rectangle. This rectangle can be used to navigate through or zoom into or out of your Document. Changes to the size or position of the viewport rectangle a delegated to the view on the fly.

To move the Viewport:: Move the mouse to one of the four edges of the Rectangle. The mouse-cursor will turn into a resize-icon. Resize the Viewport by dragging it to you desired size.

To resize the Viewport:: Move the mouse over the Rectangle. The mouse-cursor will turn into a navigation-cross. Drag the Viewport to the position you would like to see.
