This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Tensegrity Software GmbH to use one copy of this software, on one (1) computer or workstation, for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 31 days. If you use this software after the 31-day evaluation period, a registered license is required. Use of this software after the 31-day evaluation period without official registering the license is a breach of this License and a violation of German and international copyright laws.
All rights of any kind which are not expressly granted in this License are entirely and exclusively reserved to and by Tensegrity. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this software nor permit anyone else to do so. You may not make access to Tensegrity available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor permit anyone else to do so.
Tensegrity does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that its use will be uninterrupted or error free. The software licensed herein is licensed "as is" and Tensegrity makes no warranties. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the software is with you.
Tensegrity shall have no liability under this evaluation License or otherwise for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages.
