Unicode Character Classification

The Unicode Character Classification shows:

• The encoded value of each character in the current Unicode character set
• The UTF-16 value of each character in the Unicode character set
• The glyph associated with each character
• The classification of each character (such as control, punctuation, uppercase letter)

You can also view and print the code chart for the Unicode character set.

Searching for a Unicode Character

You can search for an existing Unicode character:

1. Click Search. The Table Search dialog box will appear.
2. Enter the local character value in the appropriate field of the Table Search dialog box and click the Enter key.
3. Click Go. If there is a Unicode character that matches your search criterion, then the row appears in the stationary dialog box at the bottom of the screen.
