When you select the Tablespaces object type folder, the Tablespace Summary View appears and displays a row of summary information for each of the tablespaces in the database. The columns of the list are:
Name of the tablespace. The icons next to the name of the tablespace will indicate if the tablespace is Online, Offline, or Read-only.
Indicates if the tablespace is permanent or temporary.
Indicates if the tablespace is Local (Locally Managed) or Dictionary (Managed in the Dictionary). This column only appears for 8.1.5 and later databases.
Total size in megabytes of the data files that comprise the tablespace.
Amount of space in megabytes used in the tablespace.
The amount and percentage of free space in the tablespace.
