Select the Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC) database from which you want to delete an instance. If your user ID is not O/S authenticated, then enter a user name and password for a database user that has SYSDBA privileges.
When you click Next, the Database Configuration Assistant Displays the Instance List page.
Note: A database is active if it has at least one running instance.
