Use this page to select an existing database that you want to configure.
Only databases that are installed on the local host computer are available in the drop-down menu.
If you are running the Database Configuration Assistant from an account that is not part of the dba group (UNIX), or that is not a member of the ORA_DBA or ORA_SID_DBA user group (Windows), the Assistant also prompts you for a database username and password.
If the Username and Password fields appear in addition to the available databases drop-down menu, you must enter the credentials for a database account with SYSDBA privileges before you can proceed.
