The table displays available shared disk partitions and their corresponding sizes in megabytes (MB). For each partition listed, select the format you want to have applied to that partition (DATA, SOFTWARE or NONE), and select the mount points for the disk.
Select DATA to format a partition for Oracle Cluster Registry (OCR) and voting disk files, or to format a partition where you plan to place Oracle Database files. Only partitions formatted with the DATA option can be used for OCR and voting disk files.
Select SOFTWARE to format a partition for Oracle software binaries (an Oracle Grid home or Oracle Database home).
Select NONE to leave a partition unformatted.
