Creating, Editing, and Deleting XMLType Views |
You can create, edit, or delete an XMLType view in two ways:
From the XMLType Views page
From the Views page
From the XMLType Tables Page
To create, edit or delete an XMLType view from the XMLType Views page:
Navigate to the Database target and click Administration.
The Database Administration page is displayed.
Click XMLType Views under XML Database.
The XMLType Views Search page is displayed.
To create an XMLType view, click Create.
To edit or delete an XMLType view, select it and click Edit or Delete.
From the Views Page
To create, edit or delete an XMLType view from the Views page:
Navigate to the Database target and click Administration.
The Database Administration page is displayed.
Click Views under Database Objects.
The Views Search page is displayed.
To create an XMLType view, click Create; and for Define Using., select XMLType.
To edit or delete an XMLType view, select it and click Edit or Delete.
