patchset patch

This type of patch is:

• Available for downloading from OracleMetaLink only as part of a patchset (it is not available as a separate patch).

• Installed when the patchset is installed using Oracle Universal Installer.

The version number of the patched component is updated when a patchset patch is applied. Each patchset makes changes to only one component.
