A remedy provides one or more patches/patchsets that you can choose from, to resolve an advisory. The Patch Details table will list all the applicable fixes and their type (patch or patchset.)
The Show Remedy Details page allows you to view the list the patches/patchsets and the Oracle homes to which a particular remedy will be applicable.
The Oracle home table will list the affected Oracle homes for which these patches are applicable.
To view avaiable remedy details:
Navigate to the Deployments page from Grid Control, and click Patch Advisories.
The Critical Patch Facility page displays a list of Patch Advisories, along with the number of affected Oracle homes.
Select an advisory and click Show Remedies to view the remedy details and apply the patch or patchset.
