Usage metrics are used to measure the user demand or workload for the Web application. Usage metrics are collected based on the usage of the underlying system components on which the Web application is hosted. You can monitor the usage of a specific component or statistically calculate the average, minimum and maximum value from a set of components.
Use this page to add a usage metric for the Web application. Click Add Metric to go to the Usage Metrics: Add Usage Metric based on System page.
Usage metrics can be defined only for Web applications that are associated with a system.
For the Chart on Home Page, select a metric that best represents the usage of your service.
If you delete a metric, the usage metrics of the Web application dependent on this metric will be impacted.
Note: Metric names cannot be changed
