This page shows historical performance data for the Web transaction (service test). Test metrics help you identify how well the test is performing from each of the beacons. These beacons provide more accurate data to reflect the response time experienced by your application end users. This page contains the following sections:

| Historical Metric Data |
This section shows the historical metric data for multiple beacons or metrics. The chart can be configured through the selection boxes. When the selected period is 7 days, the chart displays hourly averages. When the selected period is 31 days, the chart displays daily averages. Note: The thresholds are displayed only when there is only one beacon or one metric selected. |
| Test Performance | The average performance for each key beacon over the selected period is displayed. Note: In addition to showing average performance, the cumulative time values of the tests are displayed. |
| Steps and Step Groups | This section shows the cumulative and individual values of each metric for the selected step or step group. You can drill down to the step / step group performance page to view detailed information regarding the step / step group. |
You can view details of multiple components (transaction, step group or step). Select multiple components (transaction, step group or step) and click Go.
You can also select multiple beacons to view test details for all the selected beacons.
The average performance over the last 24 hours, 7 days or 31 days is displayed in the chart. By default, this chart displays data for a predefined key metric. You can select another metric and view its performance history.
The current performance metrics for this test are displayed. Click on any metric link to drill down to the Performance page for the test.
If there is no data in the step and step group, this is most likely because the Data Granularity property is set to 'Transaction'. To collect step and step group level metrics, you must edit the test and change the Data Granularity property to 'Step/Step Group'.
