Web Application Status History Page

Use the Web Application Status History page to:

• View the historical availability of the Web application during a specified time period.

• View the root cause of failure. You can drill down to details of the alert.

• View the availability percentage of the Web application.

Graphs provide a historical presentation of the availability of service tests during a time period you select from the View Data drop-down list. The color-coded graphs can show statuses of Up, Down, Under Blackout, Agent Down, Metric Collection Error, and Status Pending. You can select time periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 31 days.

Usage Tips

Consider the following guidelines as you review this page.

• You can view the details of all the tests for each beacon or check the Show Only Key Tests checkbox to view details of only the key tests.

• Click on a Test Name to drill down to the Home page for the test.

• Click on the Status link to drill down to the Status History page for the test.

• You can view the availability / outages history by selecting the appropriate option from the View drop down list.

• If you select View Availability option, you can enter a comment for the most recent alert and drill down to the Alert Details page.
