Add / Edit Watch List Item Page

Use the Watch List Detail page to edit or create an item in the URL Watch list. For more information about the URL Watch List, see Managing the URL Watch List.

The following table describes recommendations and considerations about the fields on this page:

Field	Considerations
Name	This is the display name that will appear in the URL Watch List when you view the watch list on the End User Performance page.
URL	Enter the relative URL for the page you want to monitor. The relative URL is based on the homepage URL for this Web application. The homepage URL is shown in the General section of the Web Application Home page. You can also find the homepage URL by editing the service test. For example, suppose the homepage URL for the Web application is as follows: `http://mysystem.acme.com/` To monitor the `new_features.html` file that resides in the document root of the Web application, enter the following: `/new_features.html`
Description	This is an optional field that you can use to describe the reasons why you want to monitor this particular URL. This field could be handy for other administrators who are editing the watch list items.
