Editing a Service

A service is a business process or application that provides a function to the end-users. In Enterprise Manager, you can create one or more service models that represent business functions.

To edit a service:

Click the Targets and tab and click Services. Enterprise Manager displays a list of any services you have already created.

Note: If the Services subtab does not appear on the Targets tab, an administrator may have modified the Enterprise Manager preferences to remove the Services subtab. For more information, see Customizing Target Subtabs.

Select a service from the list and click Configure. The Monitoring Configuration Page is displayed. Click on the any of the links listed on this page to configure and edit the service test.
