This report provides a graphical presentation for all the performance and usage metrics defined for the service. Each graph corresponds to a performance or a usage metric. The graph is a time series chart with y-axis as the metric value over a time (x-axis).
The graph also marks the thresholds defined for the metric. The pink colored shade in the chart symbolizes the critical threshold defined for the metric and yellow shade represents the warning threshold.
The Information Publisher provides the element for customizing the Performance and Usage report. The element allows the user to pick either the Performance metrics or Usage metrics instead of both of them getting displayed.

Note: Service type here is any service type.
Click Create to create a new report definition.
Specify an appropriate name for the Performance and Usage report.
From the Targets area of the General Page, select the option Use the Specified target and leave the Target field blank.
On the Elements page, click Add to add Service Metric Details element
Select Service Metric Details element and click Continue.
Click Set Parameters icon for the element.
Select the target to be monitored.
Select the component to be monitored.
Select the time period for which you want the report.
Select desired Metric Type value from drop down value to view the report for either performance or usage type metric charts.
Repeat steps 1 to 10 to add other metric type to the end report.
Click OK to save the report.
