Creating a Customized Service Monitoring Dashboard

You can extend the information display capabilities of the Service Dashboard by adding service reporting elements.

Select the Services Monitoring Dashboard report definition.
Click Create Like to create a new report definition.
Specify a new name for the dashboard report definition.
From the Targets area of the General page, select the option Use the specified target and leave the Target field blank.
On the Elements page, add one or more of the service level report definitions:
Set the Parameters for each report element.
Click Continue to return to the Create Report Definition pages.
Click Preview to see the Services Monitoring Dashboard as currently defined.
Click OK to save the changes and add the new report definition to the list.
