If you are not logged in as a privileged user, you can view the public rules created by other users.
From the Enterprise Manager Console, click Preferences.
Click Public Notification Rules in the vertical navigation bar.
Enterprise Manager displays the Public Notification Rules page. Any public notification rules already created are listed in the Public Notification Rules table.
