After a Network Appliance Filer is added as a target, it takes up to five minutes for the data to be seen in the target home page.
If collection errors are being reported for the filer, first verify that all the prerequisites for monitoring the filer are still appropriate.
If you still see a problem with the collection of some metrics, increase the SNMP timeout for the added Filer target to a higher value than the default five seconds. (This compensates for the higher latency in your network.)
