Overview of Adding a Network Appliance Filer

Follow these steps to add a Network Appliance Filer as an Oracle Enterprise Manager target. After you add a filer, it will appear on the All Targets page. You can then drill down and monitor the filer, or you can include it in a Website or Group target.

The steps for managing a Network Appliance Filer with Enterprise Manager are as follows:

1. Verify pre-requisites.

2. Enable SNMP Access to the Filer.

3. Add the Filer as an Oracle Enterprise Manager target.
