Use the Custom Time Period page to define a custom time period for viewing metric data. On this page, you can:
By default, a viewing period spanning the previous six hours is displayed, starting from the current date and hour (using the timezone of the target). For example, if the target for which the metric data is being viewed resides in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) time zone, the date and hour shown on this page is the current time in PST.
Raw metric data is stored for 7 days.
Two types of rollup data stored by Enterprise Manager: Hourly and Daily. Rollup metric data is stored in the Management Repository for:
The actual time period for which raw and rolled up metric data is available is determined by the Purge Policy for your particular Enterprise Manager installation.
If you select a time period for which no metric data is available, Enterprise Manager returns you to the Custom Time Period page with the time interval for which metric data is available.
