The Database Upgrade Summary page displays a list of what you have chosen to do before you commit to upgrading the database.
Note: After you click Finish and start an upgrade, you cannot go back to previous pages. However, you can click Stop to stop an upgrade operation.
Warning: If you click Stop after you start the upgrade, then Oracle recommends that you remove the database that you are upgrading and restore the database using the backup.
Before you start the database upgrade, consider the following notes about the Summary page:
If the Summary page includes "Warnings Ignored" messages, and you continue without resolving these warnings, then errors could occur during the upgrade. These messages indicate that you have ignored some of the advice that was offered during the pre-upgrade checks. For example, the following error indicates a conflict with the name of a user in the existing database:
Warning: The username DIP conflicts
with a required user of the same name in Oracle Database 11g. To resolve the
conflict, drop the user, create it with a different name, and then continue
with the upgrade.Use this page of the Database Upgrade Assistant (DBUA) to check important details such as:

| Database Name | Verify that you are upgrading the correct database instance. |
| Source Oracle home | Verify the Oracle home of the database that you are upgrading. |
| Source Database Version | Verify the current database version that you are upgrading. |
| Target Oracle home | Verify the Oracle home to be used by the upgraded database. |
| Target Database Version | Verify the Oracle Database version to which you are upgrading. |
In addition, DBUA lists the database components that will be upgraded and the initialization parameters that will be changed during the upgrade.
