You can view the comment associated with a policy rule violation on any Policy Violation Details page. To locate the page associated with a particular policy rule, do the following:
Click Violations from the Policies tab.
In the results table, locate the policy whose comment you want to view, click the number in the Violation Count column.
On the Policy Violation Details page, locate the Comments column in the Violations section. Click the icon associated with the comment. Read the comment associated with the particular object.
The same comment can be associated with many policy rule violations.
Note: You do not need special privileges to view the page. However, you need target operator privileges to suppress violations and remove suppressed violations.
