Editing Policy Rule Settings

To edit a policy rule's settings, use the Edit Policy Rule Settings page. To access the Edit Policy Rule Settings page:

Click Associations on the Policies tab.
On the Policy Associations page, select the policy rule you want to change, then click Edit Policy Rule Settings.

Note: Editing policy rule settings can only be performed on a per target basis.

In addition, you can access the Edit Policy Rule Settings page for a particular policy rule by:

Clicking the Metric and Policy Settings link available on the target's home page.
Related Links section of the Policy Violation Details page.

On the Edit Policy Rule Settings page, click Help for more information about the ramifications of changing a policy's settings.
