You can use Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Grid Control to monitor your Oracle Collaboration Suite deployment.

Enterprise Manager makes it easy to monitor the performance and availability of Collaboration Suite and its applications. For example, you can ensure that e-mail is up and meets your service level requirements. You can also monitor key performance metrics, such e-mail queues, and diagnose and resolve performance problems.

After installing the Oracle Management Agent and discovering your Collaboration Suite components, you can create groups of these components that represent the various applications of Collaboration Suite, such as Web Conferencing or e-mail. You can also set up Web Applications to monitor the performance of your Collaboration Suite applications.
