By clicking the Pack Access Agreed option for a target, you confirm acceptance of the terms of the Oracle Licensing Agreement for management packs installed on that target.
This option is available for selection only for a newly added target to the Oracle Management Repository for which you have not yet accepted the terms of the Licensing Agreement.
At this stage if you change the license information for any target, the Pack Access Agreed option is selected automatically for that target when you click Apply.
Once you have confirmed acceptance of the License Agreement for a target, the Pack Access Agreed option displays a green checkmark and the option is disabled.
