Use the Dashboard page to customize the refresh frequency and specify the format for viewing member status, alerts, and policy violations in the system’s Oracle System Monitoring Dashboard.
Consider the following guidelines for the Dashboard page.
The number you specify in the Refresh Frequency field will be the number of minutes that pass before the System Monitoring Dashboard is refreshed.
Use the Dashboard View options to format the Dashboard table according to your preference. If you select Show All Individual Targets, the Dashboard displays each member target in your system along with its status and alert information. If you select Group by Target Type, the Dashboard displays the different types of members in your system with a rollup of the status and alerts for each of those member types.
You can use the Edit Columns page to customize the metrics displayed in the Dashboard. Also, the options you select will be the same for all users who view the Dashboard.
If you are adding a new system, it is suggested that you configure all the pages before clicking OK.
After you have finished configuring the system, you can view your dashboard configuration by going to the main Systems page, then clicking the appropriate system in the Name column. The System Home page appears with a Launch Dashboard button. When you click this button, the System Monitoring Dashboard appears with the format you selected in the Dashboard View.
If you create a report for a system that has customized Dashboard settings, those settings are reflected in the report.
