This page displays the list of variables (along with their default values), service tests (along with their Key/Enabled flags), and beacons (along with their Key flags) in the template. You can specify different values for the variables, and also change the Key/Enabled flags for service tests or the Key flag for beacons. You can also view the Service Test page and the Monitoring Settings pages, which contain all the variables replaced with their values.
For each service test, you can specify an Overwrite Existing flag. This flag is relevant in case a service test with the same name is already being used to monitor the target. In that case, if you select Overwrite Existing, the test in the target will be replaced with the one in the template. Otherwise, the test in the target will be left untouched.
