On this page, you can view the following:
Time series charts displaying performance, usage, or business metric data over a specific time period.
Click the Performance tab to view the performance charts
Click the Usage and Business Indicators tab to view the usage and business charts.
You can change the time period for which service information is displayed by selecting one of the time periods (Last 24 Hours, Last 7 Days, Last 31 Days) from the View menu.
There are two selectable time zones that can be used for more convenient information display: Dashboard (local time zone or the time zone specified when the report was created), or Service (time zone specified at the time the service was created). When both the time zones are identical, a choice between time zones is not shown.
In the Alerts table, performance issues are denoted by a pink icon, availability issues by red icon, usage issues by purple icon, and business issues by a blue icon. You have the option of displaying Availability Alerts, Performance Alerts, Usage Alerts, Business Alerts, or All Alerts. The Alerts table can be sorted by clicking on the column headers.
