Use Service Level Details to view overall service level performance as well as any problems that may have occurred that adversely affect the service level. On this page, you can:
Get a quick view of Service Level statistics.
Monitor the Overall Service Level.
Monitor Service Level Violations.
You can change the time period for which you want to display Service Level information. You can also choose the Time Zone used (time zone of the dashboard or of the actual service). When both the time zones are identical, then the choice is not shown.
The general section shows the service level rule that has been set by you. It shows the expected service level, business rule and the actual service level. The actual service level is displayed using colors to denote service level performance:
Green: Actual service level is higher than the expected service level.
Blue: Actual service level is equal to the expected service level.
Red: Actual service level is lower than the expected service level.
The pie chart displays the breakdown of the various service level states (as defined in the Service Level Rule) in percentages.
The bar chart displays a time series chart showing the chronological occurrence of various service level states over the selected time period.
Problems such as service unavailability, performance, and business issues encountered during the selected time period appear in this table. If available, the possible cause and resolution is shown (Possible Root Cause Analysis). Refer to About Root Cause Analysis for more information.
Note: The Service Level Violations table lists all Business Alerts associated with the service for business indicators defined in the Service Level Rule page.
