Adding / Editing Watch List Page

Use this page to edit or create an item in the Forms Action Watch List.

The following table describes recommendations and considerations about the fields on this page:

Field	Description
Name	This is the display name that will represent the Forms action when you view the Watch List in the Page Performance page.
Forms Action	Specify the Forms action that is to be monitored. A Forms action would have the following format: `/forms/<formname>/<blockname>/<action>` where `formname` is the name of the active Form, `blockname` is the name of the active Block (or <Null>), and `action` is the action involved (Run/Call/Open/New Form, Query, Commit etc)
Description	This is an optional field that you can use to describe the reasons why you want to monitor this particular Forms action. This field could be handy for other administrators who are viewing and editing the Watch List items.
