Use this page to create a network component with the network interfaces configured using configurations specified in the Administration tab.
Select this option to configure bonding interfaces.

Description |
|---|---|
| Network Device Name |
Enter the name of the network device to be created/configured. |
| Logical Network Name |
Enter the name of the logical network. |
| Network Configuration |
Enter the appropriate network configuration from the list of network configurations you have already created in the Administration tab. |
| Slave Devices List | Type the list of devices enslaved to the bonding interface. For example eth0,eth1. Add entries separated by comma. |
| Primary Slave Device | Type the primary slave device of the bonding interface. |
| Bonding Mode | Type the mode in which the bonding interface is configured. The default is 0. |
| ARP Interval(arp_interval) | Enter the ARP link monitoring frequency in milliseconds to detect link failures. The default value of 0 implies ARP link monitoring is disabled. |
| ARP IP Target List(arp_ip_target) | Enter the host list to be used for detecting link failures. Either the IP address or host name is allowed. |
| MII Frequency(miimon) | Enter the MII link frequency in milliseconds to detect the link failures if you are not using ARP link monitoring. The value you enter determines how often the link state of each slave is inspected. A value of zero disables MII link monitoring. |
| MII Down Delay | Specifies the time, in milliseconds, to wait before disabling a slave after a link failure has been detected. This option is only valid for the miimon link monitor. The down delay value should be a multiple of the miimon value; if not, it will be rounded down to the nearest multiple. The default value is 0. |
| MII Up Delay | Specifies the time, in milliseconds, to wait before enabling a slave after a link recovery has been detected. This option is only valid for the miimon link monitor. The up delay value should be a multiple of the miimon value; if not, it will be rounded down to the nearest multiple. The default value is 0. |
Select this option to configure non-bonding interfaces.
